1. Operating entity with corporate capacity and capital of 100,000 cny at least or individual Reseller;
2. Internet working experience and/or related client base preferred;
3. Accept B08's verification, supervision and guidance;
4. Agree to criterion of B08 Reseller Program
5. Familiar with B08 product features, prices and operation mode;
6. Able to issue legitimate invoice/receipt with sole discretion;
7. Able to provide necessary technical support and customer service;
8. Copy of either business license(company) or ID card(individual) is required;
9. Cost of product purchase based on Reseller Level will be deducted from Prepayment directly;
10. Reseller Level might be adjusted according to sales performance;

Quantitative easing policy would be offered to some underdeveloped areas;
More preferential treatments would be granted should reseller contributes greatly to B08's internet presence and brand image.
